how do you make such a neet nose and that hair for sita?

 Her hair is made from a thick black yarn (I'm kicking myself for throwing out the label, but I did find it at Wal*Mart), attached in single strands from a hairline located in the middle of the head (I started at the black of the head and worked forward, gluing them with hot glue). The effect is mostly due to the yarn, because it doubles so well as hair.

 The noses are made from a frame of wooden skewers (cut off from longer shish kabob skewers, or toothpicks could work too if you added more for desired thickness) - I made an L-shape two skewers wide, then added one to the 'back' of the nose, so that it'd have some support to stick to the face (making a triangle shape). If I need a certain shape of nose I just bulk it up with hot glue before covering the frame in fabric, then sticking it to the face.
