I like this book a lot!  It's a great resource for fast giftable stuff.  The second one, Designer One Skein Wonders is better, though

Hello crafty people!  S, I live in Manhattan and I bought this AMAZING copper thread/yarn from the 1930s at Tinsel trading company.  I'm planning on making an evening bag out of it, but it has a metallic odor...kind of like a penny.  Any thoughts on how to get rid of this smell?
