Two great parcles my swao anziety is deffinatly setting in. I totally love the monster book of monsters bookcover!! I have always thought it would be cool to have one - kinda like a pet book. This must be the next best thing. I also loved the mini earrings and broach - they're amazing!

We seem to be in the mood foe all thing cryptic so I though I would add some of my own crypic photos.

An interesting flash of colour and a mysterious envelope... hmmm..Huh

In responce to all the feedback.  My partner was amazing and I got sooo spoiled. I'm so grateful. I wore my bangle all day and used the pouch as my purse. I loving all of it. Thanks again TerraBella!!

I received today!!! This is my first time posting pictures so sorry if it is done wrong. Also I dint have a working camera so I tool the photos using the camera on my laptop; that's why they look so weird. sorry for any body parts which appear in my photos. If Terrabella wants to post better images then please do!
Anyway, without further ado presenting My Amazing Package

Sorry that everything is backwards. Its my sad excuse for a camera.

The first thing I unpacked was the bangle which is decoupaged in pages from pride and prejudice. I immediately fell in love and put it on and haven't taken it off since!

Next I unwrapped this gorgeous watermelon inspired pouch made for storing library cards etc.
I absolutely love the fabric and the lining.

There is also a matching library tote which is reversable. I am gonna use it tomorrow and cant wait.

Next, yes there is more! are the lovely bookmarks. The cute charms on them say things like "live" "imagine"

Then came a beautiful notebook with hand printed design on the fabric cover.

Next was the great handcarved stamp of a lil birdie in a nest - inspired by To Kill a Mockingbird i think.

And then the extras ... two altoids tins (I asked for these) and an ink pad.

I was so happy with my amazing package. I dont think I can ever live up to the high standard terrabella has set.
Thank you sooooo much Terra! I love all of my stuff!

       - not really sure yet!! I'll prob end up buying him a book
Best Friend
           - Jewelry
           - Journal
           - Fabric and maybe a simple pattern - she is learning to sew.

Does anyone have any ideas for tshirt graphics for an eleven year old boy? I have been surfing the web looking for some but most if them are unsutibal of just plain weird. They cant be to rude ot raunchy for obvious reasons. He like stuff like guitare, video games and soccer. All ideas greatly appreciated Smiley

To Saor,
Hey i totally agree about the lack of irish crafsters but i guess ireland is a kinda small country. If you cheakout the ireland thread there is a big long rant of mine about the lack of craft shops in dublin. There is also a list of every craftshop I know in dublin. It s a pretty compleat list. Maybe it will give you someware new to go next time you come to dublin in  search of supplies.

I have also tried to learn to crochet. Last winter I was going on a long haul flight and decided to learn to crochet as i am not allowed to bring knitting needles, embroidery needles, scissors, etc on the plane. Chrochet is on of the few crafts which they allow. Anyway, the result of a 12 hour flight was a large, lumpy and lopsided doily! It is done in garish green "practice" yarn. This awful experience has discouraged me from trying again but maybe it is time?

Thats a really great collection! I love the cover of the journal!
I used a similar technique decoupage with book pages in some of my items. (hint/teaser for terrabella!)
The colours on the tote are wicked too!

Hello everybody. Long time no post on this board.....sorry! Just reading through some of the last pages.

*Sly*Sev*Steph*: I know! And to think he's based on a real person, it cracks me up.  Grin

Yeah. Apparently he is the only HP character based completely on one person. I love him to. He is just so pompous and full of him self. You can't help but laugh!

I'm finished my large/medium (not sure what to classify it as cause it took me really long to make but materials where cheap and it took long cause me and my sewing machine had a bit of an argument! I think I might add something more to it to improve it. Appart from that I have finished a couple of cute smalls and am working on another medium.

[quote author=Foxlet  I went shopping today, and came home with yarn I had no intention of buying, and almost fifty euros worth of records. A few were on sale, though, so the price per track is only about a euro each. As if anyone cared.)

Oh foxlet, your making me jealous talking about Scandinavian craft shops! I spend a lot of time in Sweden and love all the shops there but there are pretty much no good craft shops in Dublin, Ireland.
