Wonderful idea!  We will have 3 new babies in my family this year and I will so make these.  I used to make diaper cakes, but other people started making them too.. so we would end up with at least 2 cakes at each shower.  Thank you so much for your great idea!

I want the army guy bowl!  Hehe.. I am sitting here thinking of which one of my sons' toys to melt first.  It would be really neat to use multi colored army guys.. shades of green and brown so that when it melts it creates camoflage.

Wow, I must say cloth pads are a whole new thing to me.  Based on this and other posts I have seen on here, and the fact that you can make them so darn cute.. makes me want to create my own.  I have to read up a bit more before I try these though.. I am sure I can make my own pattern, but what type of material is best?
