if your using it as a beer pong table then you have to make sure that all the caps stay flat when you pour the resin. you don't want bumps on your table ruining your game! lol maybe try glueing them down first?

Just wondering, but how tall are you? I'm pretty short so I'm trying to figure out if the bandanas would end up being too long for the look I would want.

oh i forgot to mention that the camo fabric was some polyester blend (it stretched, that's all that mattered) and I lined the entire thing with black cotton spandex blend. It's totally not meant for pool swimming, but i live by Lake Erie and go to college by Lake Michigan. who needs a pool when you have a huge lake?

wowza! amazing job--there is no way this is your first sewing project! you are a prodigy!

ok, so the only other sewing project I've attempted was a sad pair of pajama bottoms that didn't end up fitting...lol total bust...i've done cross-stitching before. In fact I made a totally awesome ninja turtle blanket https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=254683.0  but thats about it with my needle talents lol. so maybe I am a prodigy....who knows!

This is my first ever piece of clothing. lol yea, I chose a bathing suit. I made it as a surprise for my boyfriend after he graduated from boot camp and we went to myrtle beach. He's big into hunting and I thought it would be fun. The only shots I really have are at the beach but you can still get the idea. I had a lot of fun but it took me a lot longer to make than I thought. Maybe it was the elastic, or the sewing machine that I've never used, or the fact that I changed the pattern lol who knows. But it turned out really nice and fit perfectly! I also made a little wrap sarong thingy out of the scraps since my tush hung out so much lol. It was my first time doing embroidery too. I did the sarong during the 12 hour drive down to Ft Jackson, SC. All the bumps didn't make it easy lol

look at my tush! lol

sorry if this pic is kinda crappy, the batteries in the camera were dying...

It looks like a bio-mechanical spine. It looks really good (and really painful! lol)

I think it looks good like it is, but maybe you think it's missing a pocket up front like a hoodie sweatshirt?

This is a tattoo that me and my two best friends got after we graduated high school. It means a lot. Each butterfly represents one of us and how far we have gone from the safety net of home. The blue one is me, I'm the shortest and I'm going back home to visit constantly. The red one is my friend Karen, she likes to be on her own but knows she still needs mom. And the green one is my friend Lindsay who joined the army out of high school. She was in Germany for a while but is now in Iraq. lol she's also the tallest, hence the bigger butterfly. It was my idea to get the tattoo and took a little convincing of the other two. Karen still hasn't told her mom that she has it and it's been 2 yrs! But we all got it on our lower left back.

10  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Patriotic no-sew rag quilt on: July 12, 2008 08:37:46 AM
It all depends on if its on sale or not. For one layer of that size, I would say roughly 40-45 dollars.
