Wow, this is awesome. I was thinking of getting a tattoo of my family crest, but this seems ever more extreme than a tattoo! Alot more work, that's for sure. You did a great job!

Wow, this is awesome... I love this challenge... it reminds me of elementary school, but it's also kind of upsetting and sad too.

This is awesome! It really does bring back memories of old pbs days, when I was in middle school. Everyone is right, you just can't stop watching Bob Ross.

Thank you all for your kind comments.  I am currently having computer problems so making a tut hasn't been very easy right now.  I will try to make one though whenever my computer works or if I can borrow one again.

Thank you all though!

If I could mail you my computer, I'd do it just so we can get the tutorial! These are amazing! Can't wait to see the tutorial.

Also, I love your color combinations. Grin

Dude, I'd totally pay for shipping. Hahahha. For the past 4 days now I have been up all night and day, trying to construct something even slightly similar. I manage to get a decent lantern out but you have no idea the shit I had to do to get it to where it is now. I NEED this tut. I will drive to where you live across states if it means I get this tut. Hahaha. Its ruining muh life not being able to make a fucking paper lantern!

at least you were able to get something! My attempts have all been FAILURES!

If you don't mind me asking, how did you build your frames? I know it was out of popsickles, but how did you form them? Could you give a tut on em please? I just ran out and bought all of the supplies! Haha

yes, I've bought the supplies as well, and am trying to figure this out! They are very well made, and you did an awesome job!!!
20  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Disgruntled Gnome likes a tidy kitchen, thnx BadBird for the pattern! on: April 03, 2008 11:48:35 PM
really? that doesn't make any sense for a dishwasher cue though. if it was two you'd get confused about whether the dishes were clean or dirty. and where would you put the one you weren't using? it has to be double sided, that was you just flip it back and forth.

Going back and looking at it, I get. I don't have a dishwasher.

I have no dishwasher either. sucks, don't it? but this is cute!
P.S. I love your big lebowski quote. there aren't a whole lot of crafty achievers.
