I didn't know what to do with this fabric that I had woven and it didn't look quite right as a shawl so I decided to make a shrug! The fabric is a mixture of wool and a textured yarn that I felted in the washing machine.

I've been getting tons of headaches recently  Cry and was wondering if anyone knows how to make one of those magic bags that you can heat up to put on your head. I think they have rice in them but I'm not sure and can they go in the microwave?Huh
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
