This is amazing- I didn't even need to read the description to know it was Cumberbatch! I especially loved the curly hair, though I loved the rest of the little details (you seriously remembered the freckle?! you're awesome!) I am incredibly impressed.

Those sketches are amazing! The handwriting and style of the pages are instantly recognizable as the Journal of Impossible Things (for a Dr. Who fan at least  Roll Eyes). This is awesome!

This is so brilliant! I've seen loads of people make dalek costumes out of cardboard that look exactly like the originals, but this is so creative and unique! You are my hero!!!!
7  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Trekkie Charm Bracelet on: August 29, 2009 06:59:55 PM
I adore this!!! I think I'm going to steal the idea...

I've never used printable Shrinky-Dink paper, only the regular kind. When I've made Shrinky-Dinks before they had a texture on the back of it and was somewhat translucent, like in the Spock earrings post. Was it the varnish that made your bracelet not translucent and got rid of that texture or is printable Shrinky-Dink paper different from the regular?
