1  elven archer in Halloween Costumes by Lady Orizas on: November 11, 2014 11:14:52 AM
My daughter Eryss' Elven Archer costume, made from almost completely out of thrifted materials!  Wig was bought off of Amazon for $15, as were elf ears (WoW night elf ears), I think I paid $9. I also used spirit gum to attach the ears.

5  Alice in Wonderland and the Cheshire Cat in Halloween Costumes by Lady Orizas on: November 01, 2013 06:10:47 PM
My daughter wanted to be Alice.  I sewed the costume & apron, and made her a cheshire cat from a foam ball, striped t-shirt, and card stock for the face.

Here is my whole crew together, all handmade, but the Alice costume is the one I am entering for this craft challenge.

6  The Candy Queen and Steve from Minecraft in Halloween Costumes by Lady Orizas on: November 09, 2012 04:18:30 PM
I couldn't enter the Halloween contest this year because I had to much going on at home, but I still wanted to share the costumes the hubby and I made for the kids this year! My daughter wanted to be a candy queen and my son wanted to be Steve from the game Minecraft.  I made my daughter's costume and my hubby made my son's.

7  Re: Simple/Easy Crafts Swap Gallery (mail by 2-24-2012) in The Swap Gallery by Lady Orizas on: February 28, 2012 01:38:03 PM
Here is my swap from Thimbles71.  I got an awesome hat, a fun cowl neck scarf and some cute hand warmers!   Thank you so much, I love everything.

Sorry it took me so long to post, my whole family has been so sick for the last few weeks!  I'm finally almost 100%, now I just have to catch up on 2 weeks of missed work.  eeeeep!   Also, Thimbles, I kinda hated how the scarf I made for you turned out.  I knit it while deliriously sick and it just wouldn't block right.  Embarrassed Tongue  I'm halfway through knitting you a better scarf & I hope to have it shipped by the end of the week  Grin

8  Re: Christmas/Winter Ninni Swap GALLERY: send out by 12/7 in The Swap Gallery by Lady Orizas on: December 09, 2011 11:02:17 AM
I got my sweet little hooded winter ninni,  too cute!  She has little snowflake eyes and is truly adorable.  My daughter has already told me that she's not going to put her down ever!  With my Ninni, I got some delicious chocolate treats and an AMAZINGLY beautiful and well constructed winter bag.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!  This will now be my full time winter tote.  My ninni also came wearing a cute fabric bracelet, which unsuperb warned might function better as a ninni scarf, but it makes a super cute cuff too!

Here is the package (all pictures are clickable thumbnails)

Here is all of the loot!  The picture is blurry, but you can see my precious Ninni wearing the bracelet/scarf. Then I put it on and it's Adorable!

Here are a bunch of picture of the Ninni, my camera is crap, but I tried to get some that didn't white out all of the color

Here is my amazing winter tote that I love to pieces!  Perfect for toting crafts around!

Thank you so much Unsuperb, you made my first swap on Craftster a great one.  I love how creative and adorable the Ninni is, and the bag is a fast favorite already.  *muah*  Thanks!

Thanks  Grin  I should already get started on next year's costume, she said she wanted to wear one of the outfits from Weird Al's "Perform This Way" video.  She wants the taj mahal hat/octopus costume  Shocked Cheesy  I'm not sure if I can pull that one off!

That's my kid...total weirdo just like her mom.  I'm trying to convince her to go with the beehive outfit instead hahahahahah.
