i'm not sure if you're interested in vegan cooking, but there is a recipe book called "Vegan Cooking for one or two."

GO to allrecipes.com and you can find a ton of vegetarian recipes with nutritional value charts.  and you also get honest comments from people who made the meals, kind of like this site.  the recipes come in easy to advance directions, kind of like this site.

Okay, i was sent a really fabulous pattern for a thong by CrazeeMoi!  and it looks so easy!

Chain 3, turn
Dc in 3rd Ch from hook 3 times
*Ch 2, turn
Dc in 2nd Ch from hook
Dc all the way across*

Repeat from * untill the front covers

then from the last stitch from the front
Ch as many as you need to go around you and attatch to the other side
cut and fasten off (that forms the waist)

then attatch yarn to the bottom point of the triangle and Ch enough for it to fit you....to attatch the bottom to the waist crochet AROUND the waist part...fasten off....and wear!

i know it's too late, but...
Those restaurants put GHEE (clarified butter) in everything! So, when ordering just tell the dude that you are allergic to milk, or a strict Hindu.  They'll suit the food to your needs.
Also, when going out for sushi, even though you order vegetarian sushi, sometimes it isn't completely, because SOMETIMES (sometimes is the word here) they put fish sauce in the rice to give it more flavor.  so ask the wait-staff how they prepare the rice.
