I also received a fabulous black notebook with stars on it  Grin
Cheers Malinki!  I opened these when I got home from a cruddy 12 hour shift and they certainly did brighten up my day (I think I squealed!) I am in love with the gloves, and they fit perfectly  =)  Thank you so much  =)

2  Cheers Santa! in Beads: Completed Projects by purplefluffycow on: December 29, 2005 05:29:05 PM
Santa was especially kind and generous this year.  He gave me loads of pretty beads.  Here are a few of the things I've made with them so far:

memory wire bracelet with moonstone.

memory wire bracelet with dyed frosted quartz.

memory wire cuff - my favourite  =)

memory wire cuff.

I've got quite a massive stash of beads now, not that I'm complaining.
Thanks Santa for keeping me busy.  I'm looking forward to next year  =)

Finally here is a picture of the bag that sewberrycrazy made for me:

I apologise for it not being a very good picture.  It doesn't do it justice at all.

Thank you again sewberrycrazy.  I love it so much.  It's really cuddly too  =)

8  Re: Accessorize Me! Round 2 Gallery in The Swap Gallery by purplefluffycow on: November 03, 2005 12:00:40 PM
I received about a week ago from punkyouinc.  What a fantastic envelope of goodies she sent.  I got a pair of plectrum earrings, a funky cuff with a plectrum on it, some really really pretty hair clips with a bow and dice on them and finally, my favourite, the cute little bag.  I only have a picture of the bag right now but I'll take pics of the others asap.

It's fantastic.  I took it out last friday and got lots of compliments.  Thanks so much punkyouinc, I love it all so much.  (I haven't been able to finish yours yet but it will be in the mail by Saturday)

9  My un-halloween jewellery in Beads: Completed Projects by purplefluffycow on: October 31, 2005 05:57:56 PM
The only thing I hate about Halloween is the fact that every year I have to think of a costume to wear and every year I fail.  This year I decided to be myself (again... although someone did say I looked like Pocahontas   Huh) so I made myself these lovelies to wear:

A long necklace

and a bracelet

I love the beads I used for these.  There are 2 different colours of beads in 2 sizes (10mm in the necklace and 8mm in the bracelet).  I also used black and bright blue chain (the colour of the blue chain is amazing.  It's a lot brighter than it looks in the picture) which I love at the moment.
I got a few compliments which I was very happy about  =)

Also while I'm here I'll post a picture of another necklace I made:

This is one huge necklace!  It goes around my neck 4 times and would manage a 5th time if I put a clasp on it.  It looks great worn around my wrist too  =)

tickle-me-emo YOU ARE THE GREATEST!  Grin  Just look at all of the cool things she sent me:

Which had these funky stickers in:

I always wanted one of these to put my jewellery in so that it doesn't get lost after I've taken it off.  (and my mum went all nostalgic as she used to make them when she was young)

And finally:

I'm wearing them right now  Grin  They are so comfy and will be perfect to wear in the summer  =)  I won't want to take them off   Cheesy

I love everything, it's all so perfect for me.  I don't think I can thank you enough.

Also I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who took part in this swap.  It was my first time organising and everything has gone so smoothly.  I can't wait to do some more UK swaps  =)  (which reminds me, I'll be starting signups for a christmas themed swap next weekend and I really hope you will all join)

Thanks everyone   Grin
