Thanks all!  She wanted something not Christmas, not girly, and not pink.  Smiley
463  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Treetop Angel on: January 09, 2012 08:31:18 AM
I made this for my parents tree for Christmas.  My mom said she wants to keep her out all year. Smiley

464  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Father Christmas on: January 09, 2012 08:30:12 AM
I made this for my mom for Christmas.  His face is fabric sculpted. First time I had ever tried it.  I think he turned out pretty cute.

465  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Steampunk keeper on: January 09, 2012 08:27:28 AM
I made this for a friend.  Its my first ever steampunk project.  And I think it turned out alright.  I made with a papermache book from Michaels, polymer clay, acrylic paint, and odds and ends for added pizazz.

The picture is of an angel and a trumpeter.

466  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Tardis and Adipose on: January 09, 2012 08:23:39 AM
So, for a Christmas swap. My partner informed me she liked Dr. Who. (I had honestly never watched it) She had posted on her wist that she liked the "adipose" characters.  And she mentioned that she liked to knit.  I figured...why not put the 2 together!
So I made her a Tardis out of an altoid tin.  And a set of 12 adipose stitch counters to fit inside!

467  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Dragon Eye on: January 09, 2012 08:20:49 AM
I made this for a swap at Christmas.  My partner said her daughter loved dungeons and dragons, and well, since I'm not as great at polymer clay as I want to be....I improvised.
If you can't have the whole dragon, what would be better than having their eye!

By far, one of my favorite projects.
468  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Magic wand on: January 09, 2012 08:18:51 AM
I made this wand for a swap, and just wanted to share it with everyone.

I got my stars from dontdresslikeapril on friday!  (Sorry it took so long to post.)

I almost lost the crochet one to my daughter.  She wanted to put it on her toque.  I managed to get it into my jar! Grin

Also, side note, I really like your new profile picture much better than the old one. It is much more flattering.
Embarrassed Awe, you made be blush.  Thanks for the comment!

I am always open to a swap if you are.  Just let me know what you want!
