Hooray!! Both partners received! Live the little kittle action shots ❤️ Adorable!

That light up hoopla was a total first for me, stoked it came out so good Wink And I’ve never added that many pockets to a tote before, took some noodling to think through the sewing and assembly to make sure they were all functional.

I’ve got some pics I took before I sent everything off, so I may be inclined to post them as well. Such a good time in this swap getting to know a little bit more about all of you! Side note, has anyone heard from or about quaggy??

Oh! Sweets! Thanks!

I just went to upload it and then come back here to tag you to flip it, and it's mysteriously flipped upright today...hmmm...I must've edited and saved the thing 18 times yesterday and in a fit of rage threw my hands in the air like I just don't care and moved on. LOL!

I'll be sure to tag you for flip help if I struggle on it again.

OK, so...I don't know what finally happened, but this photo is flipped upright properly now today when I'm trying to post it. sweets4ever said she'd flip it when I tagged her on the post, but now I don't need to. So strange! Oh, well, I'll take it!

My husband clutching his Totoro...awww...

Thanks again, geekgirl1000100!!

Holy package explosion, Batman!!! I just scrolled through 3 amazing pages of goodies! Cacti and embroidery and yarn-crafted-goodness, OH MY!

And now, I will add to the explosion of awesome with my package from Bugaboo1 Smiley

TA-DA!!

An amazing totebag with some of my favorite colors and items, sea life, coral/salmon, and turquoise. And a super-cool mini triangle zip bag to match!

Loved my first body pouf so much, I asked if I could get another one, and she delivered.

Wide array of extras: canning lids (because you can never have too many when you're canning!), re-usable stainless steel straws in rainbow colors, some of the best pectin, Pomona's, rockin' post cards showing me some of what's in upstate NY, and some gourmet sugar-free gum that both DH and I can have (he's diabetic). I'm gonna go pop a piece of the champagne flavor in my mouth in a minute Wink I'm intrigued by it!

Thank you SO very much! I plan on putting the totebag to use tomorrow with my outfit I picked out for work Smiley

That shawl is lovely!! After fighting with photos I took yesterday on my cell phone to rotate, I've given up on them Sad I just had to retake static shots, sorry, no action shot like I took last night of my husband with the main item. I'm bummed!

But, I'm NOT bummed about my awesome goodies from geekgirl1000100!!

Behold! My 'medium' item, which is LARGE and in charge in every sense, actually.

Isn't he the CUTEST???!!! We think so! My husband is TOTALLY thrilled with his new massive Totoro Smiley This guy is about 12" tall, super squishy and huggable for days!

And I got all the rest of the goodies alllll to myself! HA!

My favorite highlighters, which I've been meaning to buy a pack for myself for ages and just never got around to it. I've been nursing my last pack for over 2yr now and have whittled it down to only 4 left. A whole package of all the DMC variegated floss colors!! I've been wanting to do a doodle embroidery or something with using ONLY variegated floss, now I can! And who doesn't love buttons?? We all know I DO, and several of these I don't have anything like them in my stash, so I'm super stoked. I think I'll save the card and make a little altered art thing for the kitchen, as my husband is a big tea drinker Wink

Thank you so much,

That's a real bummer Sad I can't make the photos come thru rotated from my phone when I upload here, even if I download to a PC and edit them in software on the computer...BUT if I take them with my camera, edit them to rotate and save on my computer, they DO flip and stay that way when I upload here. I'm very confused...but apparently I can't take vertical photos with my phone and have them rotate on their own here for upload. I'll have to do everything with a regular camera or nothing. Oh well!

All of these packages are SO awesome! Every single one has one or more item I would have loved to receive myself Smiley Love seeing how much we all have in common even though we're all individuals.

I received from geekgirl1000100, but I can't get my photos to flip when I upload them, and I'm very Type A, so I refuse to post a sideways photo on the internet that I can't flip after the fact (like you can do on Facebook when that happens). I keep getting an error when I click the links on the Crafter edit tools in photo hosting, I think it's my work computer causing issues, though no one's followed up on my 'help' post I put in that section of this site yet. I'll try to upload pics again at home later this evening. I'm SO stoked to share!!! My DH and I are over the moon!!

The Make-A-Friend Collaborative Poem

In 2019, it was said, it was once again time to make a friend...
And BigBangMomma hosted the fun without end!
Some were fortunate to make not just one friend, but two.
Frequent discussion led to finding much in common with all of you!

Emailed photos from my phone to my email so I could download them on my computer and upload on Craftster. Not sure how I would upload via mobile on my iPhone and looks like a lot of people have had trouble with that.

I can't rotate at all, none of the CCW, CW, vertical or horizontal links work. ALL of them come up with Error 500 when I click the link.

I have tried in both Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Not sure if this may be a firewall problem, as I'm on my work PC and on work network. Strange things have been known to happen with sites and parts of sites here.

I have not had time to try from home computers as I've been busy or away all weekend long.

Please advise, thanks!

127 completed, this one will make 128 Smiley

First swap ever was the Fill a Purse Round 3 back in 2008. Make a purse, and fill it with goodies! I had a great partner for that one, and once the swapping bug bit me, it was hard to turn myself off. I also started and hosted several rounds of 3 or 4 different swaps myself.

I keep catching up on time/housework/etc. then something happens or I get into a mental funk and end up woefully behind again on stuff...I'm going to send on time, but life keeps getting the best of me Sad Didn't want to take a break from swapping again so soon after I just got back into it...but I may need to.

I wanted to start up another round of one of the swaps I used to host, but I may not have the mental fortitude or money to do it when it comes time to buy supplies and ship out. Sigh...why is life so hard anymore? I don't remember things being like this 10 years ago when I was knee-deep in crafting and swaps. Postage has practically become financially devastating to send anything bigger, even if not heavy... Enough of my whining! Moving on...
