The craftster member recieved the package I sent her.  So, I can now post the items I made and add them to my 50 projects in 2013.  Okay, first are painted wooden spoon/fork.  Simple but really fun, I had some wooden utensiles and just acrylic paint to paint the ends.  They really are neat-Im thinking of paint more for our kitchen now.

And, I made some dog toys for her dog.  I used old blue jeans to make them.  As denim is super dureable and makes nice dog toys.  Ive used it in making dog toys for many other dogs for family and they have all enjoyed the softness without ripping the toys to shreds.  Plus, a great way to recycle old blue jeans instead of them being in a landfill.  I also used my embroidery machine to embroider the little darlings name on one toy, and 'bite me' on the other.  I like to use squeakies in the dog toys-but for these I didnt put any in them.  The squeakies I ordered still havent arrived and I was on a time limit, so had to send them off.

43  Yoshis Island - Jurassic Park Style in Screen Printing: Completed Projects by littlefawnpug on: January 07, 2013 06:35:16 AM
I seen this really neat Yoshis Island picture but, it was in a Jurassic Park Dinosaur style.  We are huge video game fans here so, I made these for my dear hubby and kiddo.  They were my 1st & 2nd attempt at screen printing so, I am very happy with them.  Plus, dear hubby and kiddo really love them too, so Im happy.  I used a regular Yudu machine, plain ol' cotton t-shirts and black yudu blank ink.

Here's a group shot of my crafty goodies from cursive queen!  Whoo!  So, excited!

Day #1:  Wall art!  Whoo!  Sorry about the flash in the glass.  When i took the picture without the flash-it was too dark.  Oh...now where should I hang it......

Day #2:  Dry Erase paint chip calendar!  This will be hung in our homeschool/craft room.  Its perfect!  I wrote in some of each so ya'll could see how it would look.  Ive had this on my pinterest for awhile as I thought it was a neat use of paint chips and super usefull.  Smiley

Day# 3  Sock monkey kit!  This is so cool-I never knew these exsisted!  Its a holiday one too.  He will be a great addition to my sock monkey collection.

Day# 4  Two sets of bamboo dpns.  I just love bamboo needles.  They're not as slippery as the metal ones which makes it so much easier to knit.

Day# 5.  Always water color painting.  No explaination is needed-if your a harry potter fan like me, you will totally understand the awesomeness of this.  Smiley

Day# 6 Potter mugs.  What a perfect way to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Day# 7 kindle case and candy.  Smiley  Ive shared the candy with my dear hubby.  Yes, im nice like that.  LOL

Day# 9 Pillow case.  Ive always loved these, but lacked the patience to make one.

Day# 10 Harry potter pugtronus!  Oh my!  This is beyound awesome.  Even dear hubby said how awesome it was especially since its  a 'pug'tronus because i love pugs so much.  Smiley

Day# 11  Leg warmers.  These are so incredibly warm, cozy and the perfect fit.

Day# 12 Super mario wall art.  The kiddo opened these and immediantly loved them-so they now reside in his room on his wall of video game art.  Thanks so much cursive queen for all the gifts.  I hope you like your goodies as much as i love mine!

Vegaszombie-glad you like everything.  I had fun crafting for you.  I really liked how the nessie turned out-i used a wood stain pen on the wood piece and just loved the color that it gave the wood.

Anyways, I received today from adrienne_bowers.  She sent me a box of goodies.  A patchwork skirt-look closely you can see some super cute squares with baked sweets on them.  and a retro looking mushroom one.  lots of pretty squares.  Please excuse the wrinkles-i took the picture right out of the box because i was too excited to iron it.

Also, she sent  me a booklet to make crochet socks-hooks and yarn.  I wish i could get a clear shot of the two matching skeins of yarn-they are really pretty colors-smokey colors which will make some great socks.  Thank you!
