I've got about 50 coasters from Germany from oh, 30 or so years ago that my boyfriend's Dad collected whilst living there. I took half of his collection away from him with the promise of making something for his "man cave" out of them, instead of them just sitting in storage in a plastic bag.

The problem I have is that all the ideas I can think of seem a bit hokey.

Any ideas?

I would literally die for those patterns.

I would...die....

I just want you to know, I have absolutely no sewing talent whatsoever....

That said...

I am head-over-heels in love with your dress.

Seriously, I want to kidnap it Cheesy

So short of that, I'm trying to buy the pattern and have someone sew it for me, a feat rather difficult to do when the bank decides to cancel your one and only debit card (due to unfortunate fraud with the grocery store affecting the entire state I live in. FUN! and right before I go on vacation too! MORE FUN!)

Meanwhile I am dreaming of that dress.

So knowing nothing about sewing, how much fabric should I buy for this phantom sewer? Cheesy

I need you in -my- hometown to sew for me!

*wishes horribly she could sew and wants desperately for someone to sew gorgeous dresses for her!*

Those are superbly cute!

OMG! It's organic! *dies laughing*

Okay, totally didn't expect that until I was looking at the can.

That is nuts! I MUST have it now that I know that.

(I eat organically)

That is the coolest thing I've ever seen.

I'm so supremely jealous of your sewing skills.

I have none.

At all....well...I can sew the back of a teddy bear shut, as I used to work for a teddy bear factory (no, not build a bear! this place was way cooler than build a bear and existed before they did)

But yeah...totally coveting your dress.

If you ever want to make an extra, I'll pay Wink

I love it too! So much to do! (Much more than I ever realized when I was younger!)
