1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / My Latest projects on: March 22, 2013 11:16:41 PM
So I've been busy the past 6-8 months. I've caught up on some projects and have even opened up my etsy store in the past week  (while at home recovering from an upper respiratory infection) C&C's welcome. I hope to keep up this pace. I'm really enjoying making the headbands. Some of them I've crocheted others are store brought with my own handmade embellishments added. I even have a model lined up for future pictures.

2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Baby Blanket on: August 15, 2012 11:50:13 AM
My most recent project. I am now crocheting squares and joining them rather than working a one piece pattern. Makes the work finish a lot quicker. C & C welcome.

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Dress form on: October 31, 2010 05:01:39 PM
I saw this and wanted to post it for those who are looking to make a dress form. It's a metal dress form from the lakeside collection website. I figured it can be used as a base for making a double all you would need to do is use batting and muslin to increase the dimensions to your size. I plan to get one and do that for my size. Hope this was helpful to someone.

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Prom 2010 on: May 01, 2010 08:18:35 PM
My daughter's Senior prom dress, 2 days in the making.  I used design elements from several different dress styles to come up with this final product. I didn't use a pattern and spent most of the time adjusting the top. All in all I'm satisfied with it. My daughter loves it. She's exiting HS with a bang. If you see and outdated date stamp on the pics ignore it. These were taken today when se was getting ready for the prom.
Thanks for viewing.

9  Florida / Florida: South / Crafters in Port St Lucie/Stuart/Fort Pierce on: January 24, 2008 09:59:23 AM
Are there any crafters in the treasure coast area who would like to form a group? I'm in PSL and haven't found any groups except for older folks.  Smiley Smiley Smiley
