I really like the joining. Things like this make me want to experiment with the yarn-type crafts.... well done!
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Handspun scrap extravaganza blanket on: February 15, 2008 03:25:19 PM
I loooove this! Anything scrap pleases me because I hate throwing anything out, even the littlest scrap (it's a problem). I always wished I was proficient at yarn arts to make something just like this, and yours turned out even better than I imagined it. Awesome!

yes i like it too! what did you use to put it one with?

I was lacking for supplies, but impatiently wanted to try stenciling RIGHT THEN. So I used some card stock for the stencil and cut the corner off of a sponge to apply the paint.

I found this black hoodie in the free area of my apartment complex and decided to use it to experiment with stenciling. It was free after all, so why not? I think it turned out alright, if not amateur-looking, but what the heck. (Photography is my mom getting artsy.)

Hey, what a cool idea! I did Highland Dance for a long time and I wish I would have had a super-cool bag like this to bring to competition! I had the same one since I was six and it was covered in red hearts.... yuck. I especially love the argyle inside the shoe. Well done! Keep on practicing!

Stunning! This is so so flattering. I absolutely LOVE off the shoulder necklines, and if you can work it, go for it girl! So, I vote keep it the way it is. Nice job!

Totally brilliant! Make being organized fun... what a good idea! I can totally see myself actually getting things done, just so I can flip over the card.
