Fabulous! I say nay to the breast pocket since the zipper is so long. But some other, smaller denim detail couldn't hurt...like I don't know... using the denim cuff on one of your sweatshirt cuff?

Impressive! Nice bold choice using white fabric. Looks great

Hey guys. It's exam week, and I needed a study break, so I cut me some bangs. Here they are... I feel like I'm eight years old again

and if i want them to go away, bobby pinning is easy

So impressed with the second one... I just said "wow good idea" out loud, no joke.

Your opinion about bleh fancy dresses: seconded.

I'm majorly impressed.

It's really cool but question: is it possible to sit down with it? Like on a chair? I guess if you're wearing a fancy dress (which is how it should be worn I think) you aren't expected to lounge.
8  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: i will NEVER write this paper. (painted lamp) on: October 20, 2007 08:40:03 AM
I used acrylic paint and figured since it's water based, the risk of its catching fire is about the same as the risk of the entire lamp itself catching fire, which is low and would be sad. (But not surprising because it was pretty cheap)
Also, I use a lower-watt bulb because my room is small anyway.

Spruce yours Kpooh and show!

OK, so I decided to paint my lamp while watching Knocked Up on my computer last night. Sooo funny. Anyway. My dorm room is just so terrifyingly prison-like that I have to keep sprucing. Let me know what you think,

And here is me trying to show you how when the light is on it looks cool because it turns my brown/turquoise paint into a silhouette. I just look like an old lady. Scary.
