Here are the things youll need ....

2 quart casserole dish
1 can of cream of chicken
1 small container of sour cream
1 small bag of frozen mixed veggies (thawed and drained)
1 box instant chicken stuffing
3-4 chicken breast depending on the size (thawed)

Step 1
Take the one can of cream of chicken and the small container of sour cream and put into medium size bowl.

Step 2
Take the sour cream and cream of chicken mixture and add the bag of mixed veggies. Mix together.

Step 3
Take 1/2 cup of the stuffing and put on the bottom of the casserole dish to keep the chicken from sticking.

Step 4
Then add your cut chicken to the bottom of the pan.  Making sure that the chicken isnt overlaping and the bottom is covered.

Step 5
Take the veggie, sour cream, and cream of chicken mixture and place and smooth over the uncooked chicken.

Step 6
Take the rest of the stuffing and add it to a cup of hot water.  Let it set for a mintue and then add to the top of the casserole. Make sure to smooth over to cover all of the casserole.

Step 7
Take the casserole and cover it with foil and preheat the over to 350 degrees F.  I cook it till i get a reading off of the thermometer of 185 degrees F which is well done poultry.  In my oven it usually takes and hour depending on the thickness of the chicken pieces.

6  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Purples Pinks and Whites Oh My !!! on: August 01, 2008 11:28:20 AM
This is a quilt I made my niece.  She's been bugging me to make her a quilt the size of her twin size bed.  I have a huge stash of fabrics that I had yet to use so I had her pick out a couple she liked and then I did the corradinating colors and prints.  The back side of the quilt is actually a sheet set I got like omg super cheap at PB.  I wanted to bring that in so that my niece would have a matching fitted sheet and a pillow case.  I think it turned out totally cute and totally girly.  For the binding I used two different colors to bring things together.  Hope you enjoy !! I always like comments and advice so dont be afraid to add something.

7  COOKING / Dessert / Lemon Crumb Muffins *Now with Recipe* on: July 23, 2008 09:52:57 AM
So my boyfriend keep begging me to make him something lemony.  I went through some of the magazines i have piled near my computer and bingo ! ... I have one with a ton of lemon ideas.  What i picked were the lemon crumb muffins cause lately Ive had this cupcake muffin fix they're just so cute small and portable i cant get enough.  So here's a finished picture of some of the muffins with the lemon glaze that's in the bowl next to them.  ( They didn't turn out as lemony as i would have liked but i think next time the lemon peels need to be a course chop and not so fine ).  Hope you enjoy ... I know he loved them!

I do have the recipe if anyone cares to try it out just let me know I'm more then willing to share!

** Okay just like I promised .....

6      cups   all purpose flour
4      cups   sugar
3/4   tsp     baking soda
3/4   tsp     salt
8      eggs
2      cups   (16 oz)   sour cream
2      cups   butter, melted
3      tbsp   grated lemon peel
2      tbsp   lemon juice

3/4   cup    all purpose flour
3/4   cup    sugar
1/4   cup    cold butter

1/2   cup    sugar
1/3   cup    lemon juice

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.  In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream, butter, lemon peel and juice.  Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.  Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
In a small bowl, combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.  Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350 F  for 20 - 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.  In a small bowl, whisk glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm muffins.

9  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Retro Polka Dot Tote on: April 28, 2008 04:08:08 PM
So on my day off today I vowed to make myself something.

I think that's the one problem with crafter we tend to just give things away as gift or just because gifts cause we wanna spread the happiness.

Well not today.  I made this for me and I had to keep telling my sister no this bag is not for you but for me.Smiley

It was simple easy and I just made it up as I went.  I like wide straps so on my bag the straps are 2 1/2 inches.  On the inside just made a simple pocket just big enough for my cell phone and added a lil color to it to bring the outside in.

Here are some pictures of my new bag and I have one with my lil helper taking an action shot.

Advise and comments always welcomed.  Thanks for looking Smiley

10  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Another Bitch Bag !! on: April 21, 2008 08:35:11 PM
This tote was inspired appleshannon here on craftster. ( https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=239119.msg2646334#msg2646334 )

My boyfriend's sister had seen it and absolutly loved it and wanted her own.  So taking it into my own hands I tried to make it happen.  Jessica likes off the wall things and this bag was completely her.  So I had her come with me to Joann's Fabric near town and told her to pick what she wanted.  Her choices compliment the bag totally.

I cut out letters from some stencils I bought and then made a template for the tote.  I wanted to bring the inside of the bag out so we picked some embrodery floss that matched the color perfectly.  3812 you are my friend !!

I just tacked the letters to the precut piece of fabric and started working.  It took me most of the day on just getting the letters satin stitch but I got it done.
It took me no time to sew the bag together along with the straps.  Here is my finished bag I hope you enjoy !! Smiley

There's a picture of Jessica down at the bottom with her new bag.
