Spoiler warning for emilywilde and Witty_Child !

I made two more "Happy Hexagon" cards with masterboard pieces from swaps and myself.

One for emilywilde "Happy Hexagon #2 of infinity":

And one for Witty_Child. I know she's not in this swap but I want to share and I don't care!  Tongue She sent me some happy mail a while back and I finally got around to returning the favor... "Happy Hexagon #3 of infinity":

I decided to number them "___ of infinity" because they are fun to make and I have no plans of stopping!

Spoiler Warning for bigbangmomma and megwell

"Trust" for bigbangmomma:

"Fate" for megwell:

Both made with masterboard elements. It seems I'm not afraid to use them anymore  Wink The line on megwell's card is from the Sherlock Holmes book "The Hound of the Baskervilles". I thought it was fitting due to recent events  Cry but I have to "Trust" that all will be well in the end! ...Apparently Craftster closing has given me some inspiration

Please forgive my late picture posting again... Things keep happening to keep me from the computer  Undecided But here they are!

From Smmarrt, so many beautiful masterboards and extras:

From Wulf, I could/did get lost in the detail on these, love them!

And from CLM who is sneaky and sent these even though I told her I wasn't able to commit to an extra swap. When I'm able to I plan on spoiling her back  Wink

And extra fabric  Cheesy Lots of pretty blues in here  Smiley

And here is what Wulf sent (by extra speedy Canada post! Maybe the TARDIS had something to do with it?  Wink )

Beautiful shimmery stitched TARDIS Shocked

With Dalek backing  Grin

And an adorable skunk going for a walk in the flowers  Smiley

And some neato fabrics, thread, buttons, and flat stuffing! The stuffing will come in handy since I usually stuff with super fluffy poly-fil and tend to overdo it...  Roll Eyes

10  Rainbow Tote Bag ~ WARNING, lots of pictures! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by kartiana on: September 05, 2019 02:41:47 PM
I recently made this rainbow tote bag for the Make Me a Rainbow Swap  Cheesy It was tons of fun to make even if it did take a little longer than the swap requirements  Roll Eyes

Either side could be the front, but this is the side I picked for front:

Back:

Inside pocket, snap, and stitching detail (rainbow thread!  Smiley ):

And here are my planning and in-progress pictures and overly worded descriptions:

The plan, 12 color blocks with one each of ROYGBV (I cut out indigo, sorry  Tongue ) and one block to go between each with their common neighbor mixed in. Example is the block between Red and Yellow is Red, Yellow, and Orange.

Each block started as a 7" square but they shrunk throughout the process. Here they are on their own  Smiley

Front side blocks:

Red:

Red, Orange, Yellow:

Yellow:

Purple, Red, Orange:

Orange:

Orange, Yellow, Green:

Back side blocks:

Yellow, Green, Blue:

Blue:

Blue, Purple, Red:

Green:

Green, Blue, Purple:

Purple:

And some more in-progress pictures  Grin

Starting to add the grey border:

Closeup (it's actually grey with shimmery gold):

Each side finished and ready for bottom and lining:

I love how the border makes each section "pop" instead of having them bleed together.

I used mostly fabric from my stash and used a heavier linen type fabric for the bottom and lining. The blocks were made using a modified version of this tutorial Thanks for looking!
