5  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Suggest New Boards and New Features / adding new sections to the cooking board?! on: November 12, 2011 12:36:03 PM
I know theres the recipe cooking ideas section but it would be awesome (I think) to just have finished foods in one section so that you dont have to weed through the questions and tips to get to finished dishes..

Im starting to love the cooking board Smiley
6  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / nails are crack-a-lackin' on: June 14, 2011 10:25:09 PM
soo I usually create bath and body products..but since I am moving yet again next month my production has come to a halt so that I am not moving oils & butters in the middle of summer-yuck! anywho..what is a creative chick to do..but to find something else to obsess about..here is the rainbow topped with crackle!

this is my first time working with crackle nailpolish..I didnt think I'd like the look since its kinda weird to create chipped looking nails when isnt chipped nails something that you try to avoid..anywho..I really like it and find it to be an awesome effect..
7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / taking easter personally.. on: March 31, 2011 08:40:44 PM
received these stamps from http://www.etsy.com/shop/stampoutonline..

and this is phase 1 of ideas..I'm certain I'll think of more before bunny day comes!

an easter card..I used glittered butterfly cardstock too..and scalloped edged scissors..

a gift tag..it was linen textured cardstock..which I am in currently love with..

and them together..plus I stamped the inside of a card just to see if it does better as a cover or an inside..
8  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / argan oil on: March 29, 2011 09:53:19 PM
its EVERYWHERE!! soo I am uber curious on how well it works and in what..

Im going to use it in body balm since using it in soap may not be as potent as in balm..

soo question time...have you used it..if so how did it work for you ??
9  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / my first HP soap.. on: March 22, 2011 09:02:39 PM
I normally make CP soap..but I'm blaming the whole state of TX for NOT being able to consistently make a decent bar of soap..bwahahaha!

sooo..I thought I would dive into the world of HP..and about 3 weeks ago the ONLY HP I knew about was the electronics company..soo through LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of video watching and reading tutes til I couldnt read tutes no more..I decided to make my first batch..which now has been about 5 batches ago Smiley

heres the fruits of my first labor..

I was quite surprised at how smooth it came out as far as a finished bar..I was thinking it was going to be rougher..but aside from the top being more textured than I usually get I am quite pleased at how awesome it was to make!

I used my crockpot and all in all the process took about an hour or so-which was weird because some of the tutes I've seen said something like 3-5 hours  Shocked

anywho..its scented with 'the little black dress' scent from aroma haven..which BTW is a company that I am currently in love with..after a few debacles with other suppliers and scent issues this company has so far been VERY consistent with how their scent perform and I've been super happy with their goodies-I've found a new love of 'Strawberry Musk'..OMG!! why is it that the ones that you buy as a 4oz bottle are the ones that you fall in love with.. Smiley
