ohh, interfacing~~~
(yeah candy stripper is awesome- but everyone looks strangely when you go "i love candy stripper!"... oh well.  XD)
well i made the beanie and i put the prongs in just like that, and it works fine and it's incredibly sparkly!
however i took the studs from an old belt, and if you put the metal studs in the wash then they'll rust (so i'm told). so i've decided i'll leave them and not affix them permanently - that way i can just play around with the studs as i like.

however, thank you for your incredibly detailed how-to! i'm definitely going to incorporate it into a future project. Cheesy
can't wait to see the new&improved trucker hat!

that's definitely one of the coolest knitted things i've seen, hat or no~
i've got a question: how did you fix the pyramid studs onto the hat? because i'm knitting a studded beanie (also inspired by candystripper, haha! i love that brand) and currently i've got no idea how to fix them onto knitted fabric and if the studs will fall off.
