5  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / My version of Kimberlina's Reversible Retro Wrap Jumper Top on: February 20, 2008 01:04:42 PM
So I really liked the dress that Kimberlina had made https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=185607.0 And I had this really cute fabric that I picked up that was perfect for a reversible dress. Since she so nicely put a drawing of the pattern she used, I got out my pencil and got to work. I figured out the measurements for my 6 month old and drew out my pattern.

I altered a few things like adding a scoop neckline and making the buttons come in from the back. I like doing that so as Little Miss grows all I have to do is move the buttons down the strap to add more room in the arm area.I also top stitched all the way around so hopefully when it comes out of the wash I wont have to iron Wink

This was so quick and easy it's not even funny! It took me about an hour or so to figure out the measurements and draw out the pattern. And another hour to cut sew and press! WaLaa!

I liked this pattern so much I even had to share on my blog. Next I am going to draw up a pattern for a matching diaper cover. I am also definitely going to figure out the next sizes up so I can make some more Smiley So thanks so much Kimberlina! Grin
