Help!  My dog cave needs more support.

For the cold weather months I made a foam and fabric "cave" for my dog.  The basic design is 3 large triangles and 1 teensy triangle which join together to form a pyramid.  The doorway is the area not covered by the teensy triangle.  I made triangle-shaped envelopes from fleece, then sewed them together to form the pyramid.  I sewed in a fifth piece of fabric for a floor, holding the sides into shape.  Then I put 1 1/2" thick foam rubber inside each side of the cave.

However, I am having a problem with the cave listing to one side.  Any ideas what I could safely use to provide additional support to hold the cave up?

I'd thought of sewing a casing on the outside of the cave where each triangle meets, and putting a straightened wire coathanger inside the casing.  I'm not sure this is safe.

Your suggestions are appreciated.
