I really love her. I like the no-frills approach with no clothes or face, good for a woodland fairy. I love the hair, too.
And I like the name Birch. I knew a girl named Birch (parents were woodland fairies, or hippies) and I loved to say her name ("What up, BIRCH!)

The yarn looks great on her, as does the bow. Is that one kind of yarn, or did you switch to make the pink pattern. If it was organic, what a great surprise!  I love her eyes, too. (personally, I think Maurice is an awesome girl octopus name, but that's just me.)
