1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Dreaming of Freedom (aka Caged Dreams) 3 pix on: July 09, 2011 10:40:02 PM
I made this dreamcatcher recently and it was my first foray into orb dreamcatchers, and i LOVE how it turned out.
I used black and white leather, 2 steel rings, synthetic sinew, black and white feathers, black obsidian, white moon stone, and a black bird pendant from an old earring. It took about 4 or so hours in total to make and was really helpful to get me through a tough time.

here is the full view:

and a little closer:

and even closer to show the bird in the center:

these are some bookmarks i was commissioned to make by a very close friend Smiley
all the motif's i designed... the text on both Cheshires was freehand and the my drugs one, was from the net, i no longer have the link to it though.

My Drugs:

the story behind the last one is, when the ____ my anti-drug campaign was really big, we had a conversation about it one day, and she said "Music and reading aren't my anti-drugs, they *are* my drugs" Smiley

C&C welcome (and wanted!)
