wow!  everybody's star blankets look awesome!  i am definetly going to make one of my own now.  and if anybody else has problems with the pattern, feel free to message me some way and i'll try to help you out the best i can!

and littleone, to make sure you only have 5 points, before you start round 2, count your dc and ch 3 spaces.  you should have 5 of each!

that sounds like it will be a pretty blanket, frogsrock!

the pattern was really easy and it looks harder than it was.  i'm not that good though, i did lose stitches as i went along  Cheesy

my finished lapghan!

i used 3 or 4 skeins of red heart supersaver in 'ocean'.  i love this colorway!
i used the 'hugs and kisses' pattern from the 'blue ribbon afghans' book, but
modified it a bit to make it more open.  i just added two more rows of the crossed
treble in each repeat.

i want to make a chess board afghan, complete with pieces, for my friend.  i'm looking for a pattern for the pieces as i've found a pattern to make the "board" with.  has anyone seen one or have any ideas on how to make them?  any help would be great, thanks!

okay, after some digging, i did find my scanned page for reverse single crochet.  here's the pic of what it should look like.  i dont happen to have anything handy to photograph an actual piece.  hope this helps!
