11  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Introducing the iFelt on: May 01, 2008 03:57:54 PM
So recently a certain lovely girl I know had her computer monitor smashed in a freak bunk-bed accident. I felt so sorry for her that I decided to get her a new computer altogether.

So after standing outside overnight and forking over enough cash I managed to get my hands on a brand new iFelt!

For those that don't know, the iFelt is only the latest revolution in modern technology. Thanks to advances in state of the art engineering and programming, the iFelt is a COMPLETELY WIRELESS accessory. As such, the iFelt can be used virtually anywhere. As if that wasn't enough, it is thin enough to fit in an envelope.

It's not impossible, it's the iFelt!

The iFelt even allows you to visit ANY of three websites!
Check out this felted version of the Dramatic Gopher!

Or a felted LOL Walrus!

You can even steal this Lolrus's Bukkit!

And  of course, I think we can all agree no iFelt is complete without a Felted version of "What What in The Butt."

If you have any suggestions for what other websites or memes need to be felted, by all means, post it at the bottom!

or post it on my blog!
12  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / A Very Happy Ugly Hedgehog on: April 12, 2008 11:09:26 PM
Hello! I'm Ugly Hedgehog!

Zack made me as a gift out of spare fabric, loose yarn, left over thread, and LOVE in every stitch.

I may look more like roadkill than a hedgehog, but that's just part of my charm. I guess.

My hope is that whoever Zack sent me to has an uglier hedgehog, perhaps then at least I can be prettier by comparison. Until that time comes though I suppose I will just have to rely on my charming button eyes to win you over.

Please let me know how ugly I am!
13  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Uni-hoodie! My unicorn costume. on: November 05, 2007 08:30:40 AM
In a combination of Unicorn goodness and hoodie ingenuity I created a Uni-hoodie! It was my first attempt at a craft like this, and my first piece of sewn clothing. It's all hand sewed from discounted blue and white fabric I picked up at G-Street fabrics. The only main problem is with the zipper which was apparently meant for a duffel bag, so it doesn't quite open up. Still, I'm really happy for my first craftster attempt. Hope you like it!
