I am in a prayer shawl group that exchange gifts every year and we like to make gifts for everyone, this year I made these supply cases for them. They were a big hit!

I took some old jeans that I had given to me and some hot pink fabric that I had and made this computer bag for my niece for Christmas and I  am happy to say that she loved it!

I made this for onegroovyday for the mini art quilt swap, she lives at the beach so I made her a lake. I learned alot by making this, alot of things I did right and alot I did wrong  Wink! There are over 1200 seed beads sewn on and the finished size is 28 x 18.


the pic doesn't show but there are tiny green seed beads is the tree scattered throughout and glass leaves sewn on.

I quilted the bark on the tree

the sun has beads and the smoke from the houses are also beads

the flowers are buttons

Finally finished! this was a Christmas promise, since I ran out of time, I broke my ankle on 12/30 so it had to be postponed until my sewing leg was healed, 2 surgeries later, here we go, comments always welcomed. This is my first large project for free motion quilting and it was a real buggar, it is about 5 1/2 by 4 3/4 feet. I want to keep it! good thing I put her name on the back..  Wink

I made both of these for Christmas and forgot to post them. This Chicago Bears one will be a one of a kind because it was a true PITA to piece together, but it was a real hit! It is twin size.



This Americana one was for my girlfriend, it matches everything in her livingroom!

I went a little sock monkey nuts....or bananas??? Anyway here they are, 19 of them!!!!......When I put them all together the eyes are the last thing to get done...as soon as you put the eyes on you fall in love! they come to life!!!!
