11  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: some new jewelry on: August 05, 2009 07:15:33 PM
You did an AMAZING job! Just like you, I love those cobalt beads, so beautiful! And if you're into industrial/electric things, you could always use spare computer/toaster/washing machine parts. They have some pretty cool little do-dads. Again, awesome job!

OHMYGOSH I love her! I remember my grandma used to have this play house with those people. I would play with it for hours! Awesome awesome awesome!  Cheesy She was my favorite next to the mailman (Or policeman) whichever one had the sweet blue uniform and hat.

Thanks! Yea, my program kept closing on me, and I would forget to save my work, so this is a result of frustration, and about an hour and half of re-trying to make the picture look as perfect as it did the first time. I will for sure put TONS more time and effort into the next one, thanks! Grin

Yes! It's another photo manipulation. I used my own photo, GIMP, and this tut! Next time I plan on doing it in color, adding some scabs and some blood. My next project after that will be to turn myself into a mermaid! Enjoy!

C+C welcome!  Smiley

Thank you all so much!
@ariakay - I was unable to go to the top, I was a little broke back then! And yes! They are poppies! I forgot what they were called, thank you!
@charm-city-coop - I will keep working, as much as I can! I'm excited because in a month I have moving to Arizona, and I just can't wait to see what I can find down there!

Ok so, I am SUPER nervous about posting my pictures here. One, they aren't very good. Two, I just used a simple point and shoot. Three, I'm not very good at much, but I think I might have an ounce of talent for photography, I just don't know if I stand the hear the criticism. (Yea, then I probably shouldn't be posting, right? Right, LoL Cheesy) Ok, so here is some of my work, half black and white, and half color. Please do feel free to comment and even to constructively criticize. Most of all, enjoy!

This was taken of me running my fingers through my hair. I mostly like it because it makes my bangs look like they are a lot lighter than the rest of my hair, when they really aren't.

This was taken out by my (future) in-laws cottage. I do believe I used the "Macro" setting for this one. I just loved the green/purple/orange combo.

This is my favorite image taken when I was in St.Louis last summer for a job.

One my favorite shots from my trip to New Mexico in March.
I also do have a deviantart page, which I can give to anyone wanting to look at more of my stuff, or just to have a friend there. Thanks!

You truly have an amazing gift. I thought it was a photo when I first saw it. I think you captured him just perfectly, the shading, and the colors are just, beyond anything I have seen in a while. Two thumbs up and a cookie for you!! <3
