1  wedding pew cones in Weddings and Bridal Showers by mindfuljenn on: March 11, 2011 07:55:56 PM
i got inspired by some other crafty blogs, so i figured i give pew cones a shot. and i do believe they turned out just great. i used red cardstock, white 10 inch paper doilies, grossgrain ribbon and dollar tree flowers. oh yeah, and don't forget the hot glue!

here are some pics. one benefit of being a youth pastor, is that i get to check out how my directions will look at church ahead of time Wink

8  upcycled ribbon bangles in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by mindfuljenn on: March 13, 2010 05:19:29 PM
i don't have a before picture. but i got a big bag of plastic rings from a recycling center. i'm not sure what they were formally. possibly melted down bottles or something. i wrapped them in ribbon. and voila! upcycled bracelets! they're super light weight, but super strong too. perfect for me!
