just thought i'd share that you & yr friend have company being typographic nerds... i'm totally obsessed. actually, right now i'm reading a "typographic workbook"... for fun!  the shirt looks great. and i agree with trufflegirl, obscurity takes the cake.

that looks grrreat! i was wondering how the skulls & flowers would look (i have the SS pattern, too) and yours look truly fabulous. really great placement and color choice.

p.s. in addition, after an in-depth assessment, i have come to the conclusion that indeed, no one said that Dia de los Muertos was halloween. although, both are the best of holidays.

carlyleech - that fringe/pom pom trim sounds excellent. please post pictures when you finish.

and i'm really interested in incorporating sequins to embroidery (i'd like  to make a sequined david bowie pillow). would anyone have any tricks/tips/pictures on sequinsing (sp)?

i've never been much of a fan of zodiac signs, but those patterns are really awesome. count me in for perhaps the fish? bull? ram (my sign)? too many too choose from - aye!
