11  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / A Bag Pouch on: August 21, 2013 03:38:27 PM
Something I made couple of days ago - it's the fanny pack concept, but not. It just big enough to hold my pursellet, phone and camera. You can read more about it here: http://faithepp.blogspot.com/2013/08/a-bag-pouch.html

Nice job - smaller than the original tea bag holders.

This is gorgeous Pinokeeo - great craftsmanship. I used to play, just a little bit - that was a long time ago.

The bag is really nice for your 1st project. My opinion is use it, see how you like it and if you need to make changes, you'll know next time. In the meantime, keep making more, make different ones, and that's how you learn. I love the fabric you used, very nice.

Thanks PerfectlyBohemian - I thought the fabric combo worked well too and the circular pocket just adds to the design.
16  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / CD Visor Holder on: January 11, 2013 08:49:51 AM
I got some new CD's for Christmas and thought to make a visor holder. I didn't want "straight" pockets, so I made mine semi-circular.

You can read more about this on my blog: http://faithepp.blogspot.com/2013/01/cd-visor-holder.html

Thank you!

This is very nice. I've always wanted to try these kinds of purses, I even bought a frame. Was it hard to get the fabric into the frame? I'm always afraid I would get glue all over the frame on the inside - yours is really neat.
18  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: How would you make this hula hoop keychain?? on: November 25, 2012 08:24:19 AM
Just go back to the hardware store and look at what they have in their bulk bins. I don't think you need exactly what the original is made from - you just need a metal ring base and the hardware store is where you'll find it.

I really like what you did with the keys - a great way to use up all those spare keys we seem to accumulate.

Very nice - I like your double petals. I pinned it too.
