With the zipper, did you sew the seam, then press it and then pin it to the pressed seams? And then afterwards unpick the seam?
Because I got lumps at the bottoms of my zippers when I first started, and then I looked around at some tutorials online, and found that I wasn't putting them in right.

Oooh I want to join in! After an experience with colour stripper and my dark dark denim, I've got a load of bright blue denim. I wanted pale denim. Oh well, it was a learning experience Tongue
But I'm now planning a pinafore with two half legs...hopefully I've got enough fabric...
