Elliot_anne Very cute dinosaur! Your daughters room is going to be adorable!

Calabaza The macaron has a very graphic feel. That POW! Fits perfectly. And as someone who resolved to lose weight, those pancakes are killing me. They look so yummy!

craftADDchick striking painting. Very dramatic with the colors. The snow gives it a neat touch.

Vincentvanbuck clever uses for neckties! I think the first one is very pretty. And the COLD one turned out amazing! Great perler bead creations too!

Mountains and Clouds You painted those eyes??! They look amazing! I love them!!! Very cute dotie. It looks very happy. Love the colors of the scarf and the cranes are wonderful! Origami is something my fingers do not want to cooperate with me when I am doing so mad respect on those! They look so tiny!!! Love the expression on the dammit doll. I dont know what Coptic bound means but I am going to have to look that up. Notebooks are something I cant get enough of.

Smeddley That packaging looks amazing! And I love your fabric choses for the wallet!

Amaranth_in_oz that is a beautiful poppy fairy. I love the sparkle of her wings and the way the sky blends from light to darker.
Cute Claire minion rockingbearranch. She looks perturbed.

Prompt: December - India
Team: WORDY!!
Bonus Points: -0-
Project Name: Patchwork Scarf
Project Link: (if available)
Brief Description: I used bright and colorful fabric scarps for this scarf, inspired by the beautiful fabrics of India.  Cheesy
Project Picture:

Prompt: January Mob - Gives you the chills
Team: WORDY!!
Bonus Points: -0-
Project Name: 1976 Shirt
Project Link: (if available)
Brief Description: Not much scares me or creeps me out quite like getting really, really old. My friend, who is born the same year, is having a b-day next week and I made her this shirt. I want to make myself one too. Also, the shirt is long sleeved because the cold gives me the chills too! I stenciled this shirt and instead of painting the fabric paint on I dabbed it with my finger to give it a more uneven, vintage feel.
Project Picture:

Below is my cat Dahlia that did not like that I was spending time crafting instead of petting her.

Prompt: January - Brrrr
Team: WORDY!!
Bonus Points: -0-
Project Name: 1974 Shirt
Project Link: (if available)
Brief Description: When the weather goes down so does the sleeve length. I always whip out my long sleeved shirts for the winter. This shirt is for my sister and is long sleeved to keep her warm. Another Brrr cold association is that it is cold to tell everyone how old she really is.  Wink Again I finger paint dabbed the paint on to make it look more vintage. I think it was more successful with the white paint.

Prompt: January - Frozen Tundra

Project Name: Ghastlies Patchwork scarf
Project Link: (if available)
Brief Description: The roads where icy and I couldn't leave my house last Wednesday so I used my time wisely and dug thru my scraps. Everything was from my stash.  Wink I am assuming that scarves were invented somewhere very cold to keep them warm and when I think about going somewhere cold a scarf is one of the first things in my bag.

I have one more but I am waiting on it to arrive....

Crayola pencils are actually pretty good quality too. I agree with Bunny1kenobi, no matter what you use it really is the effort put into it. Some of my favorite art is simplistic Crayola Crayon type drawings. I love it because it looks so free and innocent.  Grin

I am going to do a couple sketches and see what I can come up with. I am kind of like artsycandice. I like a jumping off point. Sometimes I get stuck if it's too open. I understand the point of having it be completely random though and love it. I just need a kick start. Wink I think I will head over to Pinterest and whatever the first three pins are on the thread I will work that into a subject somehow. Give myself a challenge....

I happen to love markers, sorry RBR. LOL! But on the subject of Prismacolor markers, you can blend those. The key is the paper to you are working on. Marker paper or Manga paper (which is thicker and I prefer) should let you blend easily. I have Prisma's and that is what I have used. Make sure you get the blender!

I used to work on table saws, ban saws, and milling machines for a living. I have witness three different people cut their fingers off. Well, two fingers and a thumb. Tongue After the last one it took me a few weeks to get back on the table saw. That being said, I have a complete and utter fear of my sewing machine needle. I don't think I could ever recover from seeing that or having it happen. I can watch gore all day long but there is this scene in a Jason Statham movie (I can't remember which one now) where he sews thru the guys hand in the factory... I close my eyes every time!

FreakieGeekie Not a fan of pink? I cant imagine. I love pink. The bag is really cute. I especially love pink with that muted green but it doesnt read as camo to me. I see little flowers in a field.
elliot_anne Very cool and clean looking hoopla. Clever idea with the stamps on the background. Very cute zombear.
 rockingbearranch intriguing
