I just recently bought a 4-qt ice cream maker so I could make gelato and I found this recipe

I modified the recipe a bit. I doubled it and added more diced up strawberries before I started the maker so there were strawberry bits.

I also added a 1 1/2 tsps of vodka so the mixture doesn't freeze to much.

hmmm. I checked all sorts of recipes but they all seem really hard to make. But I'll check out Alton Brown. I watch his show sometimes and I have to agree with handsymalone he makes a lot of sense. He kind of reminds me of my high school english/speech teacher who was a blast to have

Hey everyone. Recently I was introduced to chicken pad thai and I loved it. I was wondering if anyone had a quick recipe for it. The only thing is I don't like it spicy Tongue.
