I think it's absolutely gorgeous!  I would love to know how you "ruffled" the rows.  I would be insanely proud to wear such a skirt.
4  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Ferret Eating Monster Bed. on: January 30, 2008 08:48:14 PM
HI, new here, thought I would share this ferret bed that I made this weekend out of bordem.  I started into making softies for my god-children for chirstmas, and had alot of fleece left over.  Worked without a pattern and kind of winged.

Not bad for my first pet bed ever.

OMG that is just adorable...

The first is just a simple stencil on a T-shirt...

That is just brilliant.  I love the plushie!

8  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / My First Hat! on: December 24, 2007 10:50:25 AM
Grin  Well, I don't knit with pointy sticks, I knit with the Knifty Knitter looms.  I am just entranced with these.  I got them just over a week ago, and I've done a hat, a scarf, and am halfway through another scarf.  So here's a pic of my finished hat, it's in a yarn my mom chose (since it was her gift).  (link because I haven't posted 10x yet)
9  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: TUTORIAL: MAKE SEWABLE FABRIC FROM PLASTIC BAGS on: November 22, 2007 02:14:20 PM
Cry OK, I give...  I've tried this just as you said it, then varied the iron temp, then varied the bag layers...  I don't get holes, but it puckers and wrinkles like mad, no matter what I do!!  How do you get the smooth-looking stuff?  Do I just have a sucky iron?  Help!
