I'm a junior in college now, studying elementary education and psychology. I'm going to be doing my first observations this fall, and wanted a school bag that was both practical for all of my school stuff, and stylish/grownup enough to bring to my observations. I was inspired by heartofmary's post (https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=254975.0
The front of the bag.
The front pockets and magnetic snap closure.
Something I loved about the tute's design, the zip-flaps.
The inside, with some books.
Here you can see the zippered divider pocket that I added to the original design.
The back of the bag, with a big pocket that has become home to my planner.
The full bag, with an adjustable strap.
I just started sewing in January, and this was the first bag I have ever attempted. I'm really happy with how it turned out - let me know what you think!
