1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Other Image Reproduction Techniques: Discussion and Questions / DIY stickers? on: March 20, 2009 10:17:20 PM
I want to create my own stickers using my photocopier, but I can't find any sticker paper and probably don't know the right term for it to find it.

Edit: I found JAC paper but it is double sided adhesive so I wouldnt be able to print on it
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Lolita OP with Tutorial (pic very heavy) on: July 24, 2008 05:22:46 AM

3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: bleached the neckline of my tee by accident - what to do with it on: July 12, 2008 01:30:26 AM
have you considered tie-bleaching? like tie-dying, only in negative lol!
tie like you would for tiedye, chuck into a bucket of strong bleach solution. I use sterilising fluid like Milton (but I get the own brand one from Asda;Walmart) and I normally use a ratio of about 3:1 water to bleach, but I have been known to used 2:1 and watch it like a hawk if I want a really quick effect.

I do this to my own tees when I manage to get bleach down them in everyday cleaning activities.
It wouldn't really fit the style of the tee and skirts I wear it with, but thanks for your suggestion, I have bleach stained pants that could use that
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / bleached the neckline of my tee by accident - what to do with it on: July 12, 2008 12:51:48 AM
I'm wondering if I should just hem the edge of my tees neckline so that you can't see the bleach or do something else with it.

Its bright pink with a picture of a bow on it and very fitted, so no puffy sleeves unless its a different material

and I'm very into gothic lolita style

Ive looked through recons for ideas but no luck
I'm just at a block
5  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Pullip's new outfits on: May 30, 2008 01:00:42 AM
I have Nina, she's great. Mine has bob haircut, Hello Kitty pullip is her sister and Papin is her best friend - they all make great matches  Wink

You should try self drafting pullip patterns too, its really easy, check out puchicollective.com
6  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: ribbon is better than shoelaces -> clothes for 'Amatista' Pullip on: May 09, 2008 01:07:21 AM
I have 7 big pullips and even their clothes are on the small side for me, not patient enough.
Got a mini noir on the way though  Wink
I think she will always be wearing pinned on pieces of lace or mini bratz clothes
7  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / A team single doona! on: May 09, 2008 12:50:52 AM
Its texture is cotton/slightly flannellette?
Its bright red with a large continuous print of the A team (Chuck Norris, Mr T)

I still havent been inspired as to what on earth to do with it

I don't want a dress or any other garment made from it unless you want to commission one Tongue

There must be something to do with it
8  CLOTHING / Shoes: Discussion and Questions / Re: question about shoe recon **originally posted in wrong spot** on: March 24, 2008 11:01:53 PM
If you look up 'make boots cosplay' on google there are some tuts.
Apparently liquid nails can glue the sole to the fabric
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Brocade Underbust corset and Hot pants ...2 firsts for me on: March 01, 2008 02:47:43 AM
thanks guys Smiley and yep those are shoes .. broken now .. but soon to be reconed .. my bf found them in a car at a junk yourd and they were really awesome and had a plastic strap .. but from being in a hot car for God knows how long one shrank Huh and was like 2 sizes smaller than the other lol .. so I took them apart .. I havent put the new straps on yet ..but I thought it might look cool in a pic Grin
The image came to my head of a hooker being murdered in the car XD
But no offence, they are awesome shoes

Like everyone else I was just like 'how is she standing in those shoes?'
and more importantly love the corset and hot pants, good idea to match those pieces
