Well your mom just invented quilt scrunchies! Its perfect for the kitty now and just her size. It's great that you are such a trooper about it shrinking. I love your quilt.

she is beautiful and her locks make her so exotic. She is much cuter than a fraggle. She must be the nymph that kisses that trees so the leaves will change. Good work
3  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: my first quilt! ok so it's a mini quilt... but it's a quilt nonetheless! on: November 20, 2007 09:39:46 AM
If you aren't using a walking foot, using one will help with feeding the fabric evenly.

Hello, this site is why I had the nerve to finish my first quilt. There is so much information and creativity here that I spend entirely too much time on this site even though I've only posted twice. Good luck with your new obsession.

6  QUILTING / Quilting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Quilt top keeps smooshing downwards while quilting...HELP on: November 05, 2007 11:49:24 AM
That is the reason that it took me so long to complete a quilt. Nothing would line up and it was always distorted. I never thought to look it up or ask anyone. When I discovered my walking foot, it was like I had discovered fire. Now I can't stop quilting because my problem is solved. If you use a walking foot and basting spray it will work wonders.

No, but I would love some suggestions.

This will be my daughter Kendal's new quilt as soon as I complete 19 more blocks, buy batting and pick the back fabric. I am so excited about it.

Thanks. They are machine embroidery designs. I liked that they were really quick and are still cute.

Here is one of the quilt that I have been working on. It is for a co-worker of mine who has just adopted. He is so beautiful and I really wanted to make him something special.

Here is a close up
