11  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Party Planning / Re: Little Mermaid Balloon Arch on: August 20, 2015 08:13:39 PM
Very creative and professional looking.  You could probably have side business doing arches like these at birthday parties.

Nice display and the dolls really make it pop.
13  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Jiffy Beach Cover-Up made from a Old Towel on: August 20, 2015 08:05:08 PM
Super cute!  I will be on the lookout for a towel the next time I go to rummage sales or the thrift store and have bookmarked this project.  Thanks for sharing this with us:)

15  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Brownstone buildings on: June 28, 2014 07:38:13 PM
I have to agree with the comment on the detail and I would never have guessed this was styrofoam; which I saw this it looked similar to a brownstone I rented and thought it was a painting.  Awesome job!
16  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Vintage Inspired Convertible Capelet from a Sweater on: February 17, 2013 01:30:20 PM

In its former life is was a sweater I rarely wore because it was shapeless and itchy.  In its reincarnation is a capelet that can be converted removing the band and/or flower pin.   As the flower is glued to a  pin back, it can be pinned anywhere on the capelet or pinned to other items in my wardrobe.

I have the tutorial for this on my website:

Thanks for looking and have a great day:)

This is amazing!  I am sure your son loves this - I know mine would have at that age.  It could also be used as a tactile teaching tool and emphasis something by creating a scene for it.

I LOVE the bat one!

I have to agree with other that less is more and that it looks great with just a few flowers at the edge, but it would also look great if you made one that was covered with them too.
