I know RondaS has been sick and not been able to get online, but I'm hoping that she recieved the angel package I sent her.

Here are a couple of picks of what I sent; I was a bit silly and deleted the best pic' of the drawstring bags and the box but you can see them in the top of the second pic'!

a beaded dragon! (I love making these!)

a patchwork scarf with a dragon embroidered on the bottom  - this is similar to one on her profile. this is the pic that you can see the drawstring bags in the top edge - they are made out of 100% cotton yarn. Also a small trinket box which I hand painted Smiley

i hope she liked it all

I'm not very clever and posted my dottee from esmecraftin twice instead of posting the one from teag (that'll teach me for not using preview!)

Here is the correct picture of loveliness!

Arrggh!! I'm so frustrated we are having lots of problems with our laptop atm and I can't post at work either  Sad (stoopid work changing the rules about forums)

So a big apology to everyone for been a little while in updates and posting pics!

Here is all the amazing stuff I've recieved so far!

Woven Scarf from pixievel - I love these colours so much!

Caliometry from Imafundork - gorgeous purpleness (I don't know why but in my head your name comes out as "Iamfunkadora"!)

Autumn pendant from esmecraftin - I was going to pass this on as gift, but its so pretty I'm tempted to keep it!

mini crochet stuffies and a bookthong from thedreamer - the weeny ratty is perfect and the book thong arrived just in time to use for some new books I'm reading

Thank you to everyone for all these brilliant items x

So, I'm all finished with my mini purses (wallet!) , here are the pics of them...

So, when we have partners, my partners can then pick if they would like to have the purse plain as on the picture, or with some beaded embellishments  Smiley

9  Dino Watercolours in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by loobie on: September 15, 2009 02:49:51 PM
I haven't painted properly with watercolours before but done the odd bits and bobs!  I decided to challenge my self to paint a couple of pictures for my swap partner in the Giant Multi Theme swap...

and this is how they came out!

I made the wrong choice in terms of the material to paint on, it was a generic canvas, so I've now bought some of the right paper to use next time I paint.

Any comments and advice will be very welcome!

that'll be a shame to have to wait a bit, and this swap usually has load of people in it!

I've got picture of what I'm offering, beaded necklaces...

and small coin wallets - these are quite complete, as they need the fasteners finishing off, but I thought I would post a pic to give an idea of what they are like  Smiley

sorry about the photo quality they were taken on my phone rather than my real camera!
