223  Knit 'rag doll'. in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by FoxyBlue on: January 19, 2011 01:27:23 PM
This pattern is a free online pattern by Debbie Bliss (just google Debbie Bliss rag doll and it'll be the first thing that pops up).

I modified her a little. Gave her more personality Smiley

224  Yet...another...fairy...Princess Titterblitz in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by FoxyBlue on: January 18, 2011 02:35:28 PM
I've been creating fairies like crazy in my little studio as of late. Here's the latest, and then a pic of all of them together Smiley Like the rest of them, she's made with a newspaper and wire armature and paper clay and mixed media.

226  Glickenstoffer - keeper of secrets (and buttons) in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by FoxyBlue on: January 13, 2011 02:37:25 PM
Glickenstoffer is a keeper of secrets (and buttons or whatever else you place into his glass jar). He's the one friend that is completely true. Loyal to a fault, he will take your secrets (or buttons or whatever else) to the grave...which is a long time, since he's immortal!

He's around 7 inches tall and he's made of paper clay and mixed media. He is a fully functional jar to keep your treasures Smiley

227  Debbie Bliss Rag Doll in Knitting: Completed Projects by FoxyBlue on: January 13, 2011 12:25:33 PM
My daughter has named her 'Lassa' Cheesy I made a few modifications...

Here's the pattern should you like to make it http://www.allaboutyou.com/craft/rag-doll-knitting-pattern/v1 . It was a really odd pattern. It would have been better in the round, but I'm happy with how it turned out Smiley

228  Fairy-Gnome hybrid - meet Tassleskatter in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by FoxyBlue on: January 12, 2011 10:06:19 AM
This is Tassleskatter. He's part of an ever-growing population of Fairy-Gnome Hybrids. Very wise. He's the go-to guy of the community.

229  Gliffendot - The Fairy Gnome and a group shot of my other creations in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by FoxyBlue on: January 11, 2011 10:58:08 AM
Gliffendot really struggles with people taking him seriously. If it weren't for the dang polka dots, all would be well, but his outfit is his birthday suit...ain't no takin' it off!

230  Flitterbins - The Paper Clay Fairy in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by FoxyBlue on: January 11, 2011 07:45:55 AM
I had a great deal of fun making this fairy. She's much prettier in real life. For some reason I can't seem to photograph her well. Anyhow here she is in all her mixed media goodness. Haven't named her yet...
