1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Multidirectional Diagonal Scarf help! on: August 12, 2005 09:27:54 PM
Hello all  Smiley

I am currently trying to work on the multidirectional scarf pattern located here: http://douma.net/Karen/knitting/Accessory-Scarves/Multidirectional_Diagonal_Scarf.htm

I've had to rip it out at least 5 times by now... due to the fact when i start the short rows it turns out
looking like a sock.. or stocking that you would hang up at Christmas time. I have no idea what I am
doing wrong either! Any tips on finishing this scarf would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

3  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Discussion and Questions / Stenciling on a Mirror? on: June 08, 2005 08:36:56 PM
Hi all,

I'm new to stenciling and I have this small mirror I want to turn into a wall scones. I had this brilliant Idea of stenciling words to it (I'm not really going to use the mirror so why not!) i did a search on craftster to make sure no one else has thought of doing this. Is this possible to do? I have regular stencil paint to do it with. Or do I need a glass type paint for it?

Thanks for any info Smiley
