202  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Felt ipod pouch on: January 05, 2008 11:20:17 PM
I was sick of my ipod getting constantly smashed around in my purse and randomly turning on, so I whipped up a cute little pouch in under ten minutes.  Smiley I know that it isn't perfect, but it works and I think its cute. I need to work on my sewing.

204  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: More, more, more!!! (resin that is:) on: December 15, 2007 01:30:37 PM
I couldn't help my self. I just bought the purple star one from your etsy. I joined the site just so I could. heh

I'm definitely going to Michaels soon and my mom and I are going to try to make some cool resin jewelry for ourselves. I've always wanted to try to make bangles and solid resin-all-the-way-around-the-finger rings. I wonder if they have those molds there too.

What kind of molds do you get? Would silicon ones work?

My favorite color is dark purple, and I have an obsession with stars. I even have them tattooed on my back.

I looovee the first one!

I tried to get resin from Michaels, but all they had was that plastic water to put in plants in the floral section, and the store guy said it would work.

He lied. It never set up completely, it was still slightly squishy.  =[
206  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Sister Wendy Tie on: November 23, 2007 04:25:13 PM
I had to watch Sister Wendy in my Humanities class. It was terrible.

I love the idea of a image of a person on the bottom of the tie like that. The stencil is done very nice too!

This is kind of a weird compliment, but I love the way you draw eyebrows. They're perfect in every picture.

I probably am noticing this because I'm terrible at eyebrows. Ugh.

I actually didn't make this one my self, my mom made it for me and wanted me to post it. The fabric on the out side was from that fabric they sell in precut blocks for quilting. It has one pocket on the inside for my cellphone and it closes with two magnetic purse closing thingies.

210  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Bouncing Souls backpack on: August 14, 2007 02:54:26 PM
I made this stencil sometime last Christmas break out of boredom, and I had a plain ugly backpack. I used freezer paper and a razor blade. The red paint didn't puff up when I ironed it, but the yellow did so it turned out kinda cool.
