you just take a small-ish nail and punch a hole in the top corner.

Actually, it does but, they're not quite as easy to work with.  Because of the coatings on the aluminum and the thin-ness of it, it's harder to get it to curl.  Once you get it to curl, it looks kinda neat though.  I think it looks better with the print on the inside.  You can actually just use scissors on these and you get a long rectangle when you cut the top and bottom off so, they can either be really long or kind of short.

Woooow....  Do you outline or draw it first, in anyway, before you actually start scratching it off or do you just go for it?  That is amazing.  And the red accents just make it stand out so much more.
265  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Child Costume: Swiveling the Pelvis in the Name of Elvis on: October 19, 2007 10:57:53 AM
I really don't like Elvis impersonators but, that is the cutest little costume I have ever seen and he looks so cute in it. lol.  That's great!
266  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Fair Isle and intarsia... on: October 17, 2007 08:11:00 PM
I have been frequenting that website a lot lately.  As I have been teaching myself how to knit (something I've always wanted to do since crochet, in my opinion, is best for doilies and amigurumi.  I'm not to fond of the look of most crocheted clothing and other things).  That website is amazing.  Thank you both for the help.  I think I do understand a little better now.  And yes, missknitty, that did make sense lol.
267  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Fair Isle and intarsia... on: October 17, 2007 06:07:50 PM
What's the difference between the two?  I see that the Fair Isle is more intricate.  But some of it is basically the same as some stuff I've seen as intarsia.
