I receives this awesome bookmark from MeganCrafts over a week ago, But I went into labor and gave birth to my son in the meantime, sorry it's taken me so long to post!
She made me a photography book mark in my favorite color combo and when I opened the envelope and read the quote I started cracking up.  I love it so much, thank you MeganCrafts!

Postin' time!  I've received wonderful bookmarks over the past week and am finally having a chance to post pics!

First up I got this absolutely fab bookmark with a photography theme from dmarie360, she put so much attention into the detail!

and a close up of the resin and scrabble tile pieces with vintage cameras (and in my name scrabble tiles!)
So much fun!  I love it thank you dmarie360!

The I received this beautiful hand painted bookmark from goddessgarb, I love the colors and vibrancy!

and the extra ephemera she included in her wonderful painted envelope!

Thank you goddessgarb, I'm so excited to start using everything!

On the same day I also got a wonderful package from mandykaye which I was excited to rip into!

I love the quote and feathers (and so does my cat, I need to be careful with this one)
The trees are fantastic, kind of dark and sexy, it makes me feel a little bad-ass lol!
She also included pieces of little papers I'm excited to use on future pojects.  Thank you
mandykaye I love everything!

Thank you ladies, you've done an amazing job and now I have no excuse using post-it notes and
random scraps of paper in my books!

I was totally wrong about who my partner was....my stalker of awesome was SMLounsburry!  She made so many wonderful things I was all smiles the rest of the evening and showing off the loot to my husband.  I love, loVE, LOVE everything!

Ok here we go

I first pulled out of the package she sent me this fantastic yarn wreath with singed felt flowers.
I am so in love with this i cant even tell you, I've been wanting one for a while!

Then I dug a little deeper and found this super cute Dala horse dish towel!

She also made me a little tea wallet in my favorite color combo red/black/white, I've also been wanting one of these forever!
We drink a lot of tea at work so this is perfect.

please excuse the cat hair...he's shedding as if the earth just got closer to the sun

THEN I also found fabulous hair curlers, I'm so excited to try them out for the first time, I have an interview tomorrow so I think im going to give them a try tonight.

And lastly a gift for my crazy hell-cat.  These went over really well, actually he was trying to dig through the now empty the box to get to them lol!  They're little baby socks tied in a knot...I'm not sure if there was cat nip in them?

Thank you so much SMLounsbury, this was an excellent swap package!

Haha, I'm glad I didn't decide to make the other rainbow pendent too!  I'm glad the feather headband made it through customs, I was a little concerned that they wouldn't find the label in the package.

I also just received from NatACT yesterday!  I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING,  You are one talented mama!  I had to wait until today to take pics, I'm kinda a stickler for natural light.

First off the headband with the beautiful crochet? flowerets! Anthropologie took it off their lineup so I can't find the name of it
This is super cute with my hair color

Then the gem based Budding Hues inspired headband, this is my absoloute favorite!  When you posted on the thread earlier I was keeping my fingers crossed that this one was for me!  Unfortunately it didnt make it through the mail in one piece, but it's an easy fix so no worries

Then the wonderful versatile and yet elegant Pernilla Necklace!

and she even made me an extra necklace that I can wear with just about anything in my wardrobe

Thank you so much NatACT for such a beautiful package!

I'm finally getting to post pictures!  Here is my package from RhymeswOrange...

Some wonderful tea from Teavana and a german rock sugar used to enhance the flavor of tea (I'm a BIG Teavana fan!)
She also got it in these really cute tins in black and red with a band of white/flowers  (my favorite color combo)

Here is my soda modeling the cozy she made me!

And a really warm scarf/cowl in rustic woodsy colors.  I've been wearing it inside and outside the house for the past couple days and my best friend commented "That scarf is totally you, I want to try doing craft swaps!"  I think I might add a rustic button of sorts to keep it closed more consistently.  Btw I have blankets from when I was a kid with a similar pattern in the yarn and it totally reminds me of them and every time I put on the scarf I feel like I'm cuddling with my old blankets, it's really comforting  Smiley

Thank you RhymeswOrange, I love everything!

I'm going to post the package I sent to RhymeswOrange cuz life is a little hectic for her right now

I sent a couple of mugs I thought were cute and some sweet sticks from Trader Joes

Some coffee from a local Chicago company.  I bought Orange flavored coffee for myself and it rocks

A cowl I made from a sweater and added some extra details

A tea box/storage I stained and decorated (I did have to build the inside though to fit tea packets, it was my first time using a nail gun)

and a pic of the inside with some extra tea

I hope you enjoy everything RhymeswOrange!

Oh my gosh!  I'm getting so excited, I'm finally able to post my list here.  We have a 2 1/2 year engagement and I've been lurking on this thread for about a year now.  So we're down to 18 months and its time to start crafting!  We're working on a $10,000 budget in the chicagoland area (average wedding $30,000 - $50,000) which has been a challenge, but we've had enough time to craft and find the deals  Wink

Already booked our reception/ceremony place at The Byron Colby Barn in Greyslake

invitations - I just ordered sample mulberry paper a couple of days ago
attendants gifts - havent decided exactly what yet but I definately want to make bridesmaids jewelry as part of the gifts.
cupcake tree
