It's all great! I really like the hotpad and the Mario Star.  Did you make up the patterns for those or did you find them somewhere - I'd love to make them for myself and my daughter! Really great work!
2  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: BIG BIG BIG wearable 'Blythe Doll' heads with fluttery eyelids!! Pretty!! on: July 25, 2009 02:52:00 PM
Those are fantastic - REALLY! I can't even begin to understand how you could have made them.  Kudos to the models for not falling down.  Are the eye holes in the nose?  Not a lot of visibility! The whole concept works so well together - heads, hair, and clothes. It all totally rocks. Would have love to have seen it.  Is there a video posted anywhere on the web??
3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Fill a me stocking because my DH isn't so good at that sort of thing swap on: July 12, 2009 09:27:07 PM
I have never done a swap and I'm not sure how to, but this is a great idea!!  You hit the nail on the head!  I use to buy my own stocking stuffers so the kids wouldn't notice (after two years of nothing), but as the  kids got older I quit.

How kind of you! It's hard to find friends who really care when you are feeling down.  She's fortunate to have you for a friend and lucky that you are so creative as well!

I like the wrap, it looks good on you. Maybe it's a little loose on top.  I think you're right about a wider ribbon.  Maybe you could just pin one over the one that's already there to see how it looks first.

Great job for your first dress!!
