Very powerful in it's simplicity and very well stitched.  Thank you for your courage in sharing and moving on.

Nice stitching and a great interpretation of the theme.  I, too, didn't get very personal in mine as I've been lucky not to have lived with domestic violence personally.

HAHAHAHAHAHA

I thought the finger was a carrot.

I like the maggots. I am inspired to make some maggot hairclips now.

Mmmm Maggots.

Thanks! Please share your hair clips when you make 'em!

Eek! Maggots!

Ha!

Adorable!  I can just hear a kid making saw noises while making pretend sawdust out of a coffee table now.

mmmm maggots..... they look well yukky and im freaked out about the severed finger maggots

I apologize for any distress and thank you heartily for it!   Wink  When I was trying to decide about setting up a photo I realized it might be a good idea to have some realistic-looking fake meat of some sort in my Halloween decorations.

Thank you for your kind words, Coralia!  I'm also glad your children's godfather got a laugh.

Thank you!  I hadn't thought of the bleed as a metaphor and perhaps doing so will help me get back to liking the piece. THANK YOU for that!

Absolutely exquisite. I just love the way your mind works, T. It gives me hope for humanity.
My days are always enriched by your work.

Thank you!  You're so sweet to me, MrsBowles... I'm lucky to have you in my day.
