11  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Re: Passport Wallet - Summer '07 Adorn magazine on: April 29, 2008 06:50:29 AM
Hi all,

I have a copy of the instructions that I would be glad to share (just PM me) but I need the pattern/templates.  The Adorn website is down so I can't get them there.  They must be out of business.  Can anyone help me with copies or measurements???

Thanks

Those wallets are great!  They look like they would be the appropriate size for a man who, as we all know, is a hard one to craft for.  Did you use a pattern or tutorial or design them yourself?  I would be very interested in knowing how they were made.

I LOVE Amy Butler fabric!  Your purse is beautiful! Nice job!

Lovely job!  I have the pattern and some fabric and just haven't gotten up the energy to start it.  I know it's going to be labor intensive because I read (and re-read) the pattern, but I love the style!  I'm glad you included the hints about the straps and inside pockets.  I would like to do the same.  Anyway, your second bag should go a little easier and quicker because you've been through the "war" once already!  Good luck and don't forget to post the pics of the second one too!

This is exactly what I was looking for!!! I have a young male bowling buddy that would like a new wallet with an ID pocket and I was just getting ready to improvise when your tutorial popped up.  Great job and even greater timing for me. Thanks!

Your puppies are really cute and so are the tags.  I would love to see a tute (for the tags...not the pups!  I have a couple of my own spoiled rotten puppies) if you have the time.  Huh

What neat bags!  You did a fantastic job!  They would make great camera bags too!  Were you thinking about doing a tute?

Am I totally out of line to ask if you were planning on doing a tute for this bag?  I love it and it would be perfect for my laptop.  I'm really tired of having to carry a black, boring bag.  Your's is simply beautiful and very feminine and the inset zipper is terrific.  Great job!!!!!

To me it is very pleasant, that my bags have liked you. All I made itself. The some people the master-class can be found here. They in Russian, but on pictures all should be clear. Unfortunately, I not too freely write in English, therefore I use translate. Excuse! I shall a little accustom here and I shall try to put training rate.

Thank you for the link.  I translated the web page through Google and I think I'll be able to follow it.  We'll see! Roll Eyes
